After The Tempest

There is an alphabet of tragedies happening,
shadows unveiling each other,
and yet there is that range of anonymous figures
ranging from Prospero to Ariel,
defining hospitality through vulnerability.
Hope that rains.
Hope that keeps soaking.
And so Miranda comes out of the woods,
travelling the seas of the world,
defying the Apolineal seafarers
with a presence that is silence.
And then there is a Dionysian absence,
a silent Big-Ban that intoxicates.
And then hope emerges and remerges,
and there is an alphabet of new voices
that follow Miranda,
while it rains and rains,
cradling that boat that sails without papers,
cuddling the absence and the silence
of other alphabets of dreams.

World Tour

Foreign musicians negotiate:
An adopted child returning to Jupiter,
herds of mistakes,
a lonely fly.
Shackles are crossed out,
Fences obviated.
Then fences of shackles emerge:
Stampede of terms for the expelled
Media steroids administered without prescription.
The liaison of terms is guaranteed:
Jupiter is up there,
herds roll on
And the fly echoes alone
its shadow on the terrain
Nameless crowds queue,
another concert is organised
and the audience…
The audience?
The audience is still negotiated,
passively arranged into
a catchy chorus that buzzes alone.
