Arya Gopi, an Assistant Professor in English at The Zamorin’s
Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode is a Malayalam poet with four Malayalam books
and one English book. She is an established young Malayalam poet who has won
numerous prestigious awards and honours including Vyloppilli Award, Kakkad
Award, VT Kumaran Master Award, etc. and is a regular contributor to Malayalam
and English periodicals. She is a regular face at literary events in Kerala, recites
poems at various programmes conducted by organization such as Kendra/Kerala
Sahitya Akademy and TV channels and is the author of many research papers.
