Joseph S. Spence, Sr.


Joseph S. Spence, Sr., the author of seven poetry books, invented the, “Epulaeryu Poetry” form. His writings have appeared nationally and international journals, anthologies, newspapers, magazines, and the U. S. Army. He taught at Bryant and Stratton University, and retired from the U.S. Army as an officer. He is a Goodwill Ambassador, and has received awards including: Noble Star for Literature 2018 (India), Poetry Ambassador Medal (USA), Who’s Who in Poetry (USA), Editor’s Choice Awards (USA), Independent Poet Laureate (USA), and Poetry Bard (UK). He holds membership in various national and international scholastic honor societies, and resides in Wisconsin.
