THE GOLDEN WINDOW

The window is ablaze.
With the reflection of the sun’s rays.
The red and orange on the rim.
The whole city lighted up to the brim.

The golden window I see from far.
The shine dazzling every mark, every scar.
The resplendent red scattering around.
The songs of love and brotherhood in the city abound.

The window in on fire.
So be careful and be aware.
The scattering lights on the eye.
The colours of friendship in the city’s sky.
