Raidaak

                                    --- Saubhik de Sarkar

1.
Wild months of monsoon’s project,
I’m picking the universe from signal’s green
Rolling stones, aquatic resonance
Bhutan Mountain is thickening under water
Sand trucks are coming back head-bent
Thin kaashia field this year
Is gradually turning an unconfirmed boat
Memory of a lost picnic of ours

2.

Even this missing world belongs to you
Inside a disrupted blue and bleached moonlight
I’m also hiding an ancient delivery-field,
United rehearsal of sand and glass
A reflection of a lean bridge and the winter-lore
I’m hiding the wind-tents too
A desired dawn walking towards a destitute settlement
