Zena Velloo John published a debut
poetry collection in 2016 as an anthology, Beyond Spice featuring female
visual artists, published by Poets Printery, and can be found at www.beyondspice.co.za. She has poems
published online on (www.itch.co.za ), and (www.makeeverywomancount.org ) and
in a print anthology titled The Ground’s Ear published by Quickfox in

She is part of ZAPP (South African Poetry Project) as an independent poet/researcher.
She is a spiritual healer (conscious/ trance channel, psychic medium &
medical intuitive) with global clients, at www.sacredfeminine.co.za. She is a
motivational resident speaker on Lotus FM’s Night Cafe since January 2021. Her
consultancy of 18 years, project-manages global development events for 11
International Development organisations worldwide, delivering over 155 diplomatic
international events across 27 countries.
